Registration can be made by mail, email, or through the form below. Payment can be made by Paypal (account or credit card), or by mailing a check. Paypal refunds can only be made within 60 days of payment; Paypal refunds after 60 days will be by check. For mailing, send your registration and check to FOREST ENGINEERING INC., 3895 NW Lincoln Avenue, Corvallis, OR 97330.
Confirmation of registration and additional workshop information will be sent to those registering. All classes have upper and lower size limitations, so it is important that you notify our office prior to attending. You will not be allowed to register at the door unless prior arrangements have been made. This is necessary to ensure that sufficient material and space are available. Also, if insufficient numbers register, the class may be cancelled.
Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the first day of class. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the class upon notification to the Forest Engineering Inc. office.
Meals and lodging are the responsibility of each participant.
